The human workers of Minnesota’s raw materials production industry are working side by side with robots. The labor intense jobs are shared as humans have their limits regarding their body strength. But yet not all jobs can be done by robots. Certain finishing needs to be made by hand. To organize smart working shifts the industry teamed up with the ambulatory health care services industry to create smart invention: The Average Pulse Estimator. A wearable that connects wirelessly to the robots. In that way reasonable working shifts can be estimated and organized.
